Ready to rock? We've got your ride covered! Here’s everything you need to know about using your Jampack shuttle service at Welcome to Rockville.

  1. Where do I catch the shuttle at the festival grounds?
    • Location: Head towards the designated Shuttle Pick Up & Drop Off zone.
    • Address: Turn One Dr, Daytona Beach, FL 32114
    • Important Note: This location is subject to change based on festival operations. Please make sure you can receive emails/messages from Jampack during the festival weekend for any important updates!

  1. Which shuttle color should I board when leaving the festival?
    • Find your hotel below to know your shuttle color! We'll also send this info in your "Shuttle Know Before You Go" email about one week before the festival.
      • Pink: Hard Rock Hotel (918 N Atlantic Ave)
      • Yellow: Daytona Grande Hotel (422 N Atlantic Ave)

  1. What is the shuttle schedule each day?
    • Look for the Jampack signs at your hotel stop! Here’s the daily shuttle schedule:
      • First Departure (From Hotels): Approximately 10:45 AM.
      • Service TO Festival: Shuttles run continuously from hotels to the festival until about 8:15 PM
      • Final Departure (FROM Festival): The last shuttle leaves the festival grounds (heading back to hotels) at 1:00 AM.

  1. What happens if I miss the last shuttle from the festival?
    The final shuttle departs the festival grounds at 1:00 AM.
    • Missed it? Don't worry! You can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft from the festival's designated rideshare pick-up area. Follow festival signage and staff directions.

  2. Oops! I lost or damaged my shuttle wristband. What do I do?
    • It happens! You can get a replacement wristband at any shuttle check-in location (either at the hotels or the festival grounds).
    • There is a $20 replacement fee, payable by card only (no cash accepted).

  1. I think I left something on the shuttle! How can I check?
    • If you’ve left something behind, please contact our Customer Support Team with the shuttle stop you used. We’ll do our best to locate your item and arrange its return through our shuttle service or on-site staff.

  1. Can I buy extra shuttle passes during the festival weekend?
    • No, passes are no longer available for purchase

  1. I require ADA accommodations for the shuttle. How do I arrange this?

  1. Can I bring drinks onto the shuttle?
    • Please keep your drinks sealed! Open containers are not permitted on the shuttles. Thanks for helping us keep the ride smooth for everyone.
