Official ticket + hotel packages

An official ticket to a music festival, concert or sports event and a hotel close to the venue, booked together in one checkout. Many packages add perks such as fast track, re-entry, welcome parties, shuttles or merch, depending on the package. Hotel Only packages are the room without the event ticket.

On most events you can pay over time: a deposit now, the rest in installments.

Usually two to four weeks before the event, in your Jampack account at my.jampack.com under the ‘Event Tickets’ section of your itinerary. Some events use their own ticketing provider, which issues the ticket or wristband and ships it to the address on your order. Hotel Only packages do not include tickets.

No, they’re separate from your package. Where a hotel charges a resort fee, parking or valet, you pay the hotel directly, usually at check-in.

If someone else needs to go in your place, contact us and we’ll look at changing the name on your reservation. What’s possible depends on the event.

Packages can’t be resold, though. Under our booking conditions, a package that’s resold, or offered for resale, is cancelled.

Package purchases are final and non-refundable. That’s why we offer refund protection at checkout: if you bought it, claims go through that provider.

For most events, no. You can buy a ticket from the box office and book a hotel yourself. People choose Jampack because the ticket, the room and the perks come in one booking, which is easier than putting it together yourself. For a small number of events we're the official ticketing provider, and the event's own site will point you here.
