Your event ticket, your hotel, and the extras we’ve put together for that event. Flights and ground transportation aren’t included unless the package page says so.

Hotel Only packages are exactly that: the room and the extras, no ticket.

Yes. Every Ticket & Hotel Package includes your event ticket. Hotel Only packages don’t.

If we can’t deliver a ticket we sold you, or the ticket turns out to be invalid, our Buyer Guarantee covers it: we’ll either refund that ticket in full or, at our discretion, replace it with tickets of comparable value.

Yes. For the events we package, we work directly with the event producers. That’s how we’re able to bundle tickets with hotel rooms and add things you can’t buy separately.

We buy hotel rooms in volume for the event and pass the rate on inside the package. It’s the same room, priced as part of a group booking rather than a single reservation.

On most events, yes. At checkout you’ll see a refund-protection or travel-insurance option. What it covers and who provides it vary by event and by what you’re booking. Coverage, exclusions and how to claim are set by that provider, and the details are shown before you add it.

If you already booked and want to check what you have, your confirmation email names the provider.

On most events, yes. You’ll see the option at checkout: a deposit now, then scheduled installments. Everything is managed in your account at my.jampack.com, where you can pay early, change your card or see what’s coming.

Usually two to four weeks before the event. Most events deliver them into your Jampack account at my.jampack.com, under the Event Tickets section of your itinerary.

For events that use their own ticketing provider, that provider issues your ticket or wristband and ships it to the address on your order, so keep that address current.

Hotel Only packages don’t include tickets.

Ticket types can’t be changed after purchase. Contact us anyway if you need to look at options, and we’ll tell you what’s possible for that event.

Sometimes. We can often change the name on a reservation, but hotels set their own rules and we can’t promise it in advance. Contact us with your order number and we’ll check.

Reselling is a different thing, and it isn’t allowed: our booking conditions treat an attempted resale as grounds for cancellation.

For most events, no. Tickets are sold on the event’s own site too. What we do is put the ticket, the room and the extras in one booking, at a package rate.

For a small number of events we’re the official ticketing provider, and in those cases the event’s own site will point you here.

Hotel changes can’t be made once a package is booked. Each package is priced around a specific property. If something has changed for you, contact us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Usually not. Airport, hotel and venue transport is excluded unless the package page lists it. Where a shuttle exists, you’ll see it on the booking page before you pay.

Tell us what you need and we’ll work with the hotel and the event on it. Accessible rooms and accessible seating are usually available, but they’re handled separately by each property and venue, so contact us before booking if it affects which package is right for you.

Add your guests and rooms at checkout, then choose whether one person pays for everyone or each guest pays their own share. Everyone in the booking gets the package inclusions.

If a guest doesn’t pay their share, you can remove them or cover it yourself. An unpaid share can cancel the whole booking.

Package purchases are final and non-refundable. That’s why we offer refund protection at checkout: if you bought it, claims go through that provider.

Cancelled and postponed events are handled differently, and are covered below.

Two separate things, handled two different ways.

Your hotel: if the event moves to new dates, we move your room with it wherever the hotel allows, and we don’t charge you a change fee for that. If a hotel can’t take the new dates, we’ll contact you with the options.

Your ticket: if the event is cancelled outright, you don’t need to do anything. We refund the ticket to your original payment method once the event producer releases the funds to us, so it isn’t instant. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date, and a refund is only available if the producer offers one.

Either way, we contact everyone booked on that event. You don’t need to chase us the moment you hear the news.

Every payment plan has an automatic five-day grace period. We keep retrying the card on file during that window and your booking isn’t at risk, so just make the payment before it ends.

You can pay manually any time at my.jampack.com. If you’re having difficulty, contact us and we can look at the plan with you.

Log in at my.jampack.com. The overview tab shows everything in your package, and clicking any item opens the detail for it, including your add-ons and inclusions.

The payments tab is where you manage group payments and resend invitation emails.

In your account at my.jampack.com, open the menu, select your profile, then choose Payment method and Replace card.

If you’re on a payment plan, update the card at least 48 hours before your next payment date.
