Parties & Events
How do I know if my package includes an open bar?
Log in to your account at my.jampack.com to view your itinerary.
- If your package shows "Access", open bar is NOT included
- You can upgrade to open bar by clicking "Upgrade Order" at the bottom of your itinerary
- You can also upgrade on-site!
What happens if I lose my open bar wristband?
If your wristband is lost or broken, there is a $25 replacement fee. Visit our Customer Support HQ for your replacement.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Wristbands do NOT loosen once tightened. Put them on carefully!
Will food be available at the parties and brunches?
Welcome Party & Sunday Brunch:

Transportation & Parking
Where can I park for the festival?
Las Vegas Location:
- We strongly recommend using rideshare or the Las Vegas Monorail, as the Las Vegas Festival Grounds is not accessible by car and does not have parking available.
Fort Worth Location:
- We strongly recommend using rideshare. Regarding general and ADA parking options, we will share more details closer to the event’s date. You can CLICK HERE for those details!
What addresses do I use for the festival when using rideshare?
Las Vegas Location:
- Las Vegas Festival Grounds - 2880 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Fort Worth Location:
- Texas Motorspeedway - 3545 Lone Star Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76177
Are shuttles provided to the parties or festivals?
Shuttles will not be provided for Sick New World in either location.
Merchandise & Festival Wristbands
Where do I pick up my merchandise and package items?
For customers with international addresses:
Merchandise and package inclusions can be picked up at our Customer Support HQ. The hours and locations for both sites will be determined closer to the event’s date.
⚠️ Items will NOT be shipped or refunded after each festival, if pick-up times are missed.
Where do I pick up my festival wristbands?
Las Vegas Location: Corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Circus Circus Dr. (Hours are to be determined!)
Fort Worth Location: Box Office location has not been published. Location and hours will be posted CLICK HERE closer to the event’s date.
My album, patch, and guitar weren't delivered. What should I do?
Visit our Customer Support HQ during operating hours, or contact our 24/7 support team at jampack.com/contact-us.
Hotels Information:
When will my hotel confirmation number be available?
Hotel confirmation numbers are loaded into your Jampack account 30 days before the event. For hotel reservations, resort fees and parking fees may apply. Please take a look at your chosen hotel in your Jampack account for more details, through my.jampack.com.
If you need to change your room type, hotel, or add a guest to your package, you can contact our Customer Support Team through our contact form.
Cancellations & Changes
I can no longer attend the festival. What are my options?
Contact our Customer Support team through our contact form as soon as possible.
While Jampack packages are non-refundable, we may be able to help you:
- Transfer the name on your hotel reservation
- Arrange for someone else to pick up your festival wristbands

Where can I find on-site Customer Support during the event weekend?
We’ll have a Customer Support HQ available during the weekend of both the Las Vegas festival and the Fort Worth festival. Location and hours of operation are to be determined. Keep an eye out for our socials and emails from us!
