For corporate event teams
Run more programs with the same team.
Jampack sources rooms through direct contracts, wholesale inventory or both, then runs the housing, private events and ticketing around them. Your contracts, rates and hotel relationships stay yours.

How we get our rooms
Contracted
We negotiate blocks every week, not twice a year, in destinations across North America, through hundreds of direct property relationships. It shows in the rate, the cut-offs and the concessions. If the contract is already in your name, we work inside it. Most programs come in below what you’d pay sourcing direct.
Wholesale
20+ wholesaler relationships and 200,000+ properties, priced below anything on the open market. No block, no minimum, no cut-off date, no attrition. Live in hours, not weeks.
Most programs use both: the block for what you can forecast, wholesale for overflow, late arrivals and the rooms you’d rather not commit to.
How we get our venues
Rooms are half the program. For everything else we built a partner network: restaurants, private venues, lounges, clubs and activity providers, with pricing agreed up front. When we book your dinner, your after-hours program or your awards night, the rate is already negotiated. The rate holds when the city fills up.

Most teams start with one and add the rest. The simplest measure: 30 to 40 hours back per event.
The small ones count too
A 20-person executive dinner. Hospitality and seats for your top accounts at a game. Show tickets for a client night out. An afternoon activity for the board offsite. Same partner network, same pricing, same people.
Recent programs
Microsoft, Sphere Las Vegas. A 150-guest reception at Arc Bar, and a $15K venue rental fee waived.
Palfinger, ConExpo week. Four private dinners for 177 guests across Carbone, Mercato and Toca Madera, plus a 45-guest Cirque du Soleil night.
The D.C. Project. A 300-person reception rebuilt in one week after their venue canceled.
“Jampack created a memorable experience that surpassed our team’s expectations. They provided great flexibility and ensured each aspect of our event requests was met.”
Josh Bialosky, PwC
“Malcolm and the Jampack team flawlessly planned and delivered four different events during ConExpo week. Each event was an immense success, and we will be using them for all of our events moving forward.”
Julie Molnar, Palfinger
For the events you produce
Some corporate events sell tickets. User conferences, brand-produced runs and races, fan events, launch parties: our packaging puts the ticket, the room and the extras in one checkout, under your brand. One purchase for the attendee. A block that fills as the tickets sell. A program that can offset its own cost. And if your registration platform can’t take a passenger, a link on the confirmation page is the whole integration.
Already have room blocks or contracts in place?
Keep them. We work with what you’ve already signed: names, rooming lists, changes and the events around them. We supplement what you have, and help you move through your block faster by putting the room in front of your attendee at the point of purchase. From list management to our own room-block platform, Blocks, we’ve got you covered.
Blocks: use it with us, or use it without us
Blocks is how we manage our inventory, rooming lists, pickup and cut-offs in one place.
When event ownership sits across divisions or regions, it goes straight to whoever runs each event. No central housing function to route through, no spreadsheet emailed around, no waiting on someone else’s report.
Reporting made easy
Sales refresh every fifteen minutes. Profitability daily. Every event you work on, in one place.
- Contracted, picked up and left to sell: by hotel, by night
- Rooms sold by property
- Tickets, packages and add-ons, with revenue
- Estimated savings against published rates
- Estimated program profit, exclusions stated on the page
- Return on experience: post-event attendee surveys, questions approved by you
The hard dollars and the soft wins, on one page. It won’t tell you what the event did for pipeline. It gives you back the week you’d have spent assembling the picture.
Case study
Bitcoin 2026: New York, World Cup week
A five-hotel block in the hardest week of the year to book Manhattan. Venue, housing, dinner, branding and A/V, run end to end.
We’re built for the procurement and finance teams behind every program
We’ve been through the reviews, the questionnaires and the sign-offs before. Nothing here surprises us.
Approvals and budget guardrails
Spend visibility and sign-off steps that keep Finance aligned before the contract, not after.
Clean data exports
Booking, spend and attendee data in a form you can put straight into the program review.
On-brand guest communications
Every attendee touchpoint reads as your company, not as a travel vendor.
One point of contact
One person to call, with a full team behind them. An extension of your team across housing, rooming and private events.
Who you’d be working with
The team sourcing your block does it every week, not a few times a year. You work with the same people from contract to closeout, and they’ve done it across 500+ events since 2020.
FAQs
Where your attendees are buying (packages, tickets, ticketed evening events), we earn on the travel side, so it usually costs you nothing. Where you're buying, we quote the work.
If you have them, keep them. We work with you and your hotel contracts.
Yes, and we often do. We're not asking you to end a relationship that works.
Cvent and its equivalents are tools your team operates. We're a team. Nothing to migrate, nothing to replace.
