For conference and trade-show organizers
Your exhibitors spend thousands hosting clients at your show. The show sees none of it.
We run the evening networking, the corporate group hospitality and the dine-arounds around your show. You earn a commission on spend that’s already happening. Nothing added to your run sheet.
Talk to an expertThe shows we run programs for
We produce the evening. Your attendees buy the tickets.
The evening events are the networking your attendees say they came for, produced end to end by us and ticketed to them directly. A revenue line and a headline experience, with nothing on your run sheet.
- Curated events in your host city’s best venues, sourced and staffed by us
- A new ticketed revenue stream at no cost or planning burden to your team
- Sponsor-branded activations attached to evenings people actually attend
- On-site support through the full run of show
And sponsors get what they came for. A logo on a lanyard buys attention; a room full of people who chose to be there buys conversations. Several clients put sponsorship contributions against these evenings to offset a meaningful share of the program cost.
The show earns a net rev share on everything we run.

SHOT Show
In the organizer's words
Hospitality for the corporate groups at your show
Your exhibitors already spend big during show week: client dinners, suites, entertainment, VIP tickets. Today that money goes to restaurants and third-party planners. We handle it all instead, exhibitors save against self-sourcing, and the show earns a commission on every booking.
Curated dine-arounds in your host city
Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, Nashville, Louisville, New Orleans, Miami, Orlando. The show sells them as official experiences. We run everything: chefs, restaurants, transportation, capacity. The show collects a commission on every seat. Scales from a two-person dinner to a 2,000-person foodie tour.
When you’d rather we just ran the whole thing
Some organizers don’t want the room offered to attendees. They want the block bought, managed and de-risked on their behalf. We do that too.
Bitcoin 2026 Symposium, New York City, June 2026
- A five-hotel block secured during World Cup week
- 20% average saving against the same hotels’ published rates
- Venue, housing, dinner, branding and A/V run end to end
Different arrangement, same team.
See housing and group eventsThey register in March. They book a room in August. That gap is where your block dies.
Every conference signs for rooms months before anyone commits to filling them, then spends the next two quarters chasing pickup. Jampack puts the room in front of the attendee at the moment they commit, so the block fills itself instead of being chased.
If you sell tickets directly, the room and the ticket go in one basket and one checkout. If your registration is a complex system that won’t take a passenger, which is most of them, we don’t touch it. The hotel link goes on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email, so the attendee books the room the moment they decide to come.
Nothing to integrate. Nothing to migrate. No new vendor in your registration stack.
- One host hotel or dozens, priced against the live market
- Keep selling after the block fills or the cutoff passes, at the host property or nearby
- Overflow and city-wides covered from a network of 200,000+ properties
- Rooming audits, confirmations, inventory and guest support handled by us
- Zero upfront cost: we earn on the travel side, never on your ticket

on 5,000 traveling attendees
* Illustrative only. Based on $45.50 of incremental profit per traveling attendee, which moves with your host city, your room rates and how many attendees book through us. Talk to an expert and we’ll run it against your actual show.
Ticketing and access control
Works with what you already run
Most conferences and shows keep the registration and ticketing systems they have, and we sit alongside them, usually with nothing more than a link on a confirmation page.
We handle ticketing and access control ourselves too. We already do it on every private event we run, and we’ve been the ticketing provider for three festivals. And it means nothing here depends on somebody else’s roadmap.

Nothing upfront and no minimums. We earn a share of the travel revenue: the room, the transport, the extras. Your registration and ticket revenue isn't touched.
You do, all of it. We don't mark up your prices and we don't take a share of what you already sell.
No, and we don't need to integrate with it either. You keep the platform you run: sessions, agendas, badging, attendee records, all of it stays where it is. If your registration is straightforward we sell the room and the ticket together; if it's not, we put the hotel link on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. That's the only surface we need.
It's shared. Data from bookings made through Jampack is openly shared with and owned by both parties. You're not handing your attendee relationship to a third party.
We do, end to end: venue sourcing, production, staffing and on-site coordination. Your team approves the plan.
See it against your show
Thirty minutes, your attendee numbers, your host city. You'll leave knowing roughly what the rooms are worth and what an evening program would add.
