Their journey started as 'The Little Angels' and evolved into The Sylvers, recording ten studio albums and charting big with records like "Boogie Fever," which hit #1 on the R&B charts and even crossed over to Billboard Hot 100! From "Fool's Paradise" to "High School Dance," their music captured the soulful spirit of the times.
The Sylvers faced life's challenges, like a kidnapping, addiction issues, and health battles, yet they remained resilient, their music resonating with fans. Tragically, lead singer Edmund Theodore Sylvers, remembered as the father of eleven children, passed away in 2004 at age 47 due to lung cancer.
