Nita Strauss

Nita Strauss is a renowned American rock musician, best known for her exceptional skills as a guitarist. Born on December 7, 1986, in Los Angeles, California, Strauss comes from a musical lineage, being a descendant of the classical composer Johann Strauss II.

Nita's professional music career kicked off in 2003 when she joined the Iron Maidens, an all-female Iron Maiden tribute band, as their lead guitarist. Her prowess on the guitar led her to perform with several rock bands and artists, including Femme Fatale, Critical Hit, and LA Kiss.

However, Strauss gained widespread recognition when she became the touring guitarist for Alice Cooper in 2014, replacing Orianthi. Her electrifying performances and charismatic stage presence quickly made her a fan favorite.

In 2018, Nita released her first solo album, "Controlled Chaos," which reached No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums Chart and No. 6 on their Hard Rock Albums Chart.

Beyond her music, Strauss is known for her fitness-centric lifestyle and advocates for health and wellness. In 2018, she became the first female Ibanez signature artist with her guitar, the Ibanez JIVA10. She also launched a fitness challenge, "Body Shred," for her fans and followers.
