Infected Rain

Infected Rain is an alternative metal band from Moldova that was formed by Lena Scissorhands (vocals) back in 2008. The group has been making waves with their unique blend of heavy riffs, melodic passages, electronic elements, and powerful vocals since then. Their sound can be described as aggressive yet beautiful at times, often compared to bands like Lacuna Coil or Evanescence due to its strong female lead vocalist presence. They have released four albums so far - "Asylum" being one of them which came out on April 7th last year via Napalm Records. Some other notable releases include singles such as "The Earth Mantra", "Orphan Souls," among others. Despite facing challenges including visa issues during tours outside Europe early into their career, they continue pushing boundaries musically while also advocating against domestic violence through charity work done alongside organizations like UN Women & Amnesty International UK.
