Ciara

Ciara, born Ciara Princess Harris on October 25, 1985, is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. She was born to African American parents, Jackie and Calton Clay Harris, in Texas and later raised in Passaic, New Jersey. Ciara's career began in the early 2000s, and she has since become a successful multi-talented artist.

In 2023, Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson, visited a maximum prison and led over 300 inmates in worship and prayer. During their visit, Ciara reportedly sang the song "Waymaker" and offered words of encouragement to the incarcerated men. This act of kindness and compassion demonstrates Ciara's commitment to using her platform to positively impact the lives of others.
