On-site Support
Where can I find on-site Customer Support during the event weekend?
Our Customer Support HQ is located at Atomic Golf (first floor) with a large pink sign and Jampack tablecloth:
- Thursday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 12:00 pm - 12:00 am (midnight)
- Saturday: 12:00 pm - 12:00 am (midnight)
- Sunday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Merchandise & Festival Wristbands
Where do I pick up my merchandise and package items?
For customers with international addresses:
Merchandise and package inclusions can be picked up at our Customer Support HQ at Atomic Golf during the hours listed above.
⚠️ Items will NOT be shipped after Sunday.
Where do I pick up my festival wristbands?
Festival Box Office Location: Corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Circus Circus Dr
Box Office Hours (subject to change - check the festival website for updates):
- Friday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 12:00 am (midnight)
- Sunday: 10:00 am - 12:00 am (midnight)
Jampack staff will be available at the Box Office:
- Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Parties & Events
How do I know if my package includes an open bar?
Log into your account at my.jampack.com to view your itinerary.
- If your package shows only "Access", open bar is NOT included
- You can upgrade to open bar by clicking "Upgrade Order" at the bottom of your itinerary
- You can also upgrade on-site
What happens if I lose my open bar wristband?
Lost or broken wristbands will be charged a $25 replacement fee. Visit our Customer Support HQ for your replacement.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Wristbands do NOT loosen once tightened. Put them on carefully!
Will food be available at the parties and brunches?
Welcome Parties/Karaoke Parties at Atomic Golf:
- Food can be purchased from a select menu
Sunday/Monday Brunches at Top of the World:
- Includes bottomless mimosas and a breakfast bar
- Check my.jampack.com for your specific brunch date
Transportation & Parking
Where can I park for Atomic Golf?
We strongly recommend using rideshare or street parking, as parking at Atomic Golf is extremely limited.
If you choose to drive:
- Limited parking is available at the venue
- If venue parking is full, use street parking or the STRAT parking garage
- Note: STRAT garage is free for hotel guests, except Nevada residents with a valid driver's license (free in-and-out privileges)
How do I get to Atomic Golf by rideshare?
For Atomic Golf entrance:
- Enter "Atomic Golf" as your destination
- Drop-off is directly in front of the entrance
For STRAT hotel entrance (connected to Atomic Golf):
- Enter: 2000 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89104
Are shuttles provided to the parties or festival?
No, shuttles are not provided for When We Were Young or Jampack parties. We encourage all guests to use rideshare services, as parking is extremely limited at all venues.
Venue Access
How do I get to Top of the World for brunch?
- Follow casino signage to the escalators leading to the 2nd floor
- Take the elevators up to the restaurant
- Show your QR code to Jampack staff on-site to receive your brunch wristband
How do I get tickets to the Emo Pool Party at the STRAT?
The Emo Pool Party is not a Jampack event. Purchase tickets directly through the STRAT's website: thestrat.com/events
My album and luggage tag weren't delivered. What should I do?
Visit our Customer Support HQ during operating hours, or contact our 24/7 support team at jampack.com/contact-us.
Cancellations & Changes
I can no longer attend the festival. What are my options?
Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or through our contact form as soon as possible.
While Jampack packages are non-refundable, we may be able to help you:
- Transfer the name on your hotel reservation
- Arrange for someone else to pick up your festival wristbands
