For festival promoters

We contract the hotels, carry the rooms, and pay you on every package.

Your fans book a room for your festival either way. We buy that inventory ahead of them and sell it with your ticket, in a checkout branded as yours. No upfront cost, no minimum, no inventory in your name.

You bring the crowd to town. The hotels make more from them than you do.

Every festival moves thousands of people into a market that had no reason to fill those rooms. They book flights, parking, dinner and four nights of accommodations — all of it created by your event, almost none of it reaching you.

At one Las Vegas R&B and hip-hop festival, bundling the room with the ticket produced $78 of incremental net revenue per ticket buyer across 4,500+ buyers. More than $350,000, on a program that cost the festival nothing to run.

And a fan who books the room, the ride and the after-party through you has committed to a weekend rather than an afternoon. They arrive earlier, spend more while they’re there, and come back.

Four steps, and three of them are ours

01

We contract the hotels.

Pre-negotiated rates in every market you play, from 20+ wholesaler relationships and a network of 200,000+ properties.

02

Your fans buy a package, not a ticket.

Room, ticket, transport and extras in one basket, in a checkout branded as yours.

03

You keep the ticket revenue.

All of it. We earn on the travel side.

04

Nothing to commit.

No upfront cost, no minimums, no inventory risk. A quiet year costs you nothing.

Your team doesn’t grow because this does

Pricing and inventory update themselves. Hotel relationships are already in place. A self-serve traveler dashboard handles the “which hotel am I in again?” traffic — package-related support inquiries drop by around 65%.

Nobody on your side reconciles anything.

Ticketing and access control

Works with the ticketing you already run

We read live inventory, seat maps and pricing straight from your platform, so a package never sells a seat you’ve already sold. AXS, Front Gate Tickets and TicketSocket today, and the integration work on anything else is ours.

We can also be the ticketing provider outright. We’ve done it for three festivals, and at two of them we ran the gate as well — entry scanning and access control, wristbands included. It isn’t what we lead with, but nothing here depends on somebody else’s roadmap.

Artist and crew rooms

The block you can’t forecast

Advances change. Crew counts move. Guest lists grow the week of. Contract more rooms than you need and you carry the difference; contract tight and you spend the last two weeks making phone calls.

We’ll run the block end to end. Whatever goes unused doesn’t expire — we’re already selling rooms for your event, in your city, on those nights, so it goes into the packages fans are buying.

Or run it yourself in Blocks — the software we built for exactly this.

FAQs

How do you make money if it costs us nothing?

We earn on the travel side — the room, the transport, the add-ons. That revenue currently goes to hotels and booking sites. It funds the whole program without touching your ticket price or your ticket revenue.

Do we keep our ticket revenue?

All of it. Your ticket price, your ticket revenue, your relationship with your ticketing provider.

Do you replace our ticketing platform?

Usually not. Most festivals keep what they run and we integrate. We can be the ticketing provider when that suits better — it's a choice, not a requirement.

What happens if packages don't sell?

Nothing, to you. No upfront cost, no minimum, no inventory commitment. We carry the hotel risk.

How long does it take to launch?

We can launch in as little as a day, once we have your on-sale date and ticketing access. The integration work is ours.

See it against your festival

Thirty minutes, your ticket volume, your host city. You'll leave knowing roughly what this is worth to you and what it would take to launch.
